You can browse through our online yoga classes here to get an idea of what’s on offer. To view the videos though, you’ll need to become a member.

Yes, of course. Once you sign up, you’ll have your own login as well as access to cancelling your membership. We’re pretty sure you’ll be keen to stick around though, otherwise you’ll miss out on the yoga videos that will continually be added.

All memberships at the studio have been suspended. Our online classes use a different platform which is why your current membership won’t work. Online classes are ony $15 per week direct debit and you can cancel any time.

Each week your card will be debited $15. This will give you unlimited access to our online classes. There is no contract and you can cancel at any time.

This is how we are paying our teachers. We have plenty of free classes on our other website.

You will need clearance from your Doctor to practice yoga.

Yoga is NOT recommended in the first trimester due to the risk of miscarriage.

If you had a regular yoga practice before you were pregnant, you can continue to practice Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Basics only.

These are the things to avoid:

  • becoming breathless
  • becoming too hot
  • becoming dizzy
  • lying on your belly
  • lying on your right side
  • lying flat on your back – always use a pillow to support your head
  • twisting poses
  • inversions
  • forward bends that put pressure on the belly
  • any poses that causes discomfort
  • strong stretching – your body becomes more flexible in the 2nd and 3rd trimester make sure you don’t overstretch
